30-day returns, all items accepted
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of when you receive your order. No forms or approval needed: just send your unused and undamaged items back to us at:

Non-returnable items
The only items we cannot accept for return are personalized items (for example, capes, veils, shawls or favor bags made with a custom name, initials or date), since they are made just for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you'd like.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and undamaged.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at rommy@farajbeading.com.
